2.1 This Privacy Policy applies to all Personal Data collected by wkwk62 in connection with the operation of the Platform, including data collected through the registration process, during account activity, through customer support interactions, and through passive means such as cookies and server logs.
2.2 This Policy applies equally to Members based in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, Bali, Yogyakarta, Semarang, and all other Indonesian cities and regions, as well as to any other person who accesses the Platform from outside Indonesia.
2.3 This Policy does not apply to the data practices of third-party websites or services that may be referenced on the Platform. Where the Platform contains links to third-party resources, those resources operate under their own privacy policies and wkwk62 accepts no responsibility for their data practices.
2.4 wkwk62 acts as the Data Controller for all Personal Data processed under this Policy. Certain processing activities are carried out by third-party Processors under binding contractual agreements that require them to implement equivalent security and confidentiality standards.

To facilitate deposits and withdrawals, your name, account number, and transaction details are shared with the relevant Indonesian bank or e-wallet provider (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). These providers process your data under their own regulatory obligations and privacy frameworks.
KYC documents are processed by contracted third-party identity verification services. These providers act as Processors under binding data processing agreements that prohibit them from using your data for any purpose beyond identity verification for wkwk62.
Game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe may receive a session token and anonymised player identifier to facilitate your game session. These providers do not receive your full name, contact details, or financial data.
Device and behavioural data may be shared with specialist fraud prevention providers to identify and block fraudulent or abusive account activity. These providers operate under confidentiality agreements and are prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.
