2.1 By registering an account on wkwk62, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.
2.2 These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by any additional rules, promotional terms, game-specific rules, and policies published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotional term and these general Terms, the specific promotional term shall prevail with respect to the matter in conflict only.

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place any wager on wkwk62. Providing false information about your age constitutes fraud and will result in immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.
3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. You are responsible for determining whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. wkwk62 does not represent or warrant that the Platform is accessible, legal, or appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction. Indonesian residents access the Platform at their own discretion and bear sole responsibility for compliance with applicable local laws.
3.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one active wkwk62 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. wkwk62 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to forfeit all associated balances.
3.4 Excluded Persons. The following individuals are not eligible to register as Members: (a) employees, contractors, or agents of wkwk62 or any of its affiliated entities; (b) immediate family members of such employees; (c) individuals who have been self-excluded from the Platform or from gambling services generally; and (d) individuals who have been identified as problem gamblers and notified of their ineligibility in writing.
4.1 To open a wkwk62 account, you must complete the online registration form accurately and in full, providing your: (a) full legal name as it appears on your national identity document; (b) date of birth; (c) residential address; (d) a valid and unique email address; (e) a valid Indonesian mobile phone number; and (f) preferred account currency (Indonesian Rupiah, IDR).
4.2 All registration information must be truthful and accurate. wkwk62 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the information provided during registration. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms.
4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your password, OTP, or any security code with any third party, including wkwk62 staff. wkwk62 will never request your password or OTP through any channel.
4.4 You must notify wkwk62 immediately via live chat or email if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. wkwk62 will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation but accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to notification.
4.5 wkwk62 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. A registered account does not confer any proprietary right or entitlement beyond those expressly set out in these Terms.
5.1 wkwk62 is required to conduct identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) on all accounts prior to processing withdrawals above Rp 500.000. Members who have not completed KYC may deposit and play but may not withdraw funds exceeding this threshold.
5.2 To complete KYC, you must submit clear, legible copies or photographs of: (a) a valid government-issued photo identity document (Indonesian KTP, SIM, or passport); (b) proof of residential address dated within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence); and (c) where payment was made via bank transfer, a copy of the bank account booklet (buku tabungan) or bank statement confirming account ownership and the account number used for deposit.
5.3 KYC documents must be submitted via the secure document upload facility within the Member's account dashboard. wkwk62 will process KYC submissions within 1–3 business days (WIB). Members will be notified of the outcome via the registered email address.
5.4 wkwk62 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage, including during ongoing account activity, where it deems this necessary for compliance or fraud prevention purposes. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days may result in account suspension.
5.5 All KYC documents are handled in accordance with the wkwk62 Privacy Policy. Documents are stored securely and are not shared with third parties except as required by applicable law or our licensing authority.
6.1 Deposits to your wkwk62 account may be made via the following payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at wkwk62's discretion.
6.2 All deposits are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 unless a specific promotion states otherwise. wkwk62 does not currently impose a standard maximum deposit, though individual payment processors may impose their own limits.
6.3 Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those of family members — are not permitted. wkwk62 reserves the right to return funds received from a third-party source and to suspend the receiving account pending investigation.
6.4 Deposits are credited to your wkwk62 balance upon confirmation of receipt from the payment provider. In the event of a delayed or missing deposit, please contact our support team with your bank transfer receipt or e-wallet transaction ID for manual verification.
6.5 wkwk62 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may charge transfer fees in accordance with their own published tariffs. wkwk62 accepts no responsibility for third-party fees incurred during the deposit process.
7.1 Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the Member's account dashboard. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the Member's most recent qualifying deposit, subject to availability and technical compatibility.
7.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. There is no standard maximum withdrawal; however, withdrawals above Rp 50.000.000 may be subject to additional verification and processed in tranches at wkwk62's discretion.
7.3 Processing Timeframes. wkwk62 targets the following processing windows, measured from the time of approval (not submission):
7.4 These timeframes are targets, not guarantees. wkwk62 accepts no liability for delays caused by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider, banking system downtime, national holidays, or events outside wkwk62's reasonable control.
7.5 wkwk62 reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal pending KYC completion, fraud investigation, or bonus wagering requirement fulfilment. Members will be notified of the reason for any withholding via the registered email address or live chat.
7.6 Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts registered in the Member's own name, matching the name on the KYC documentation. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
8.1 wkwk62 may offer a variety of bonuses and promotions, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rewards, free bets, referral bonuses, and VIP loyalty rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page.
8.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 5x (five times) the bonus amount before they may be converted to Real Funds and withdrawn. For example, a Rp 100.000 bonus requires Rp 500.000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
8.3 Game Contributions. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typical contribution rates are as follows (subject to change per promotion):
8.4 Time Limits. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire 30 calendar days from the date of credit. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the account balance without notice.
8.5 Bonus Abuse. wkwk62 employs automated and manual risk monitoring to detect bonus abuse patterns, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing offsetting bets to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements, systematic exploitation of free bet promotions, and collusion between Members. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, wkwk62 reserves the right to: void all bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings; suspend or permanently close the account; and refer the matter to relevant authorities where applicable.
8.6 wkwk62 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. A promotion that is live at the time of your deposit will remain available to you under its published terms for the duration of its stated validity period.
9.1 All bets placed on wkwk62 are subject to the specific rules governing each market, game, or event. These rules are displayed within the relevant game or betting section of the Platform. In the event of any ambiguity, the Platform rules as administered by wkwk62 shall prevail.
9.2 Sports Betting. All sports bets — including football (bandar bola / sportsbook markets), mix parlay accumulators, Asian handicap (voor bola), and over/under markets — are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PSSI for BRI Liga 1, FIFA for World Cup matches, AFF for Piala AFF fixtures). In the event of result disputes, wkwk62's decision is final and binding.
9.3 Live Casino. Live casino game results are determined by the certified game server managed by the respective studio provider (e.g., Evolution Gaming). Results are final once the game round is closed. Disconnection during a live game round does not void a placed bet; the bet will be settled according to the recorded game outcome.
9.4 Slot Games. All slot game outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG) audited by an independent testing laboratory. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-run mathematical averages and are not a guarantee of any individual session outcome.
9.5 Togel Markets. Togel draw results are sourced from the official draw records of the relevant pools (Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, and Sydney pools, as applicable). Results are published on the Platform within 30 minutes of the official draw. Bets placed after the declared betting close time will be void and stakes returned.
9.6 wkwk62 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including where an incorrect price was published due to a technical fault — and to return the original stake to the Member's account.
10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wkwk62 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balance where applicable:
11.1 wkwk62 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to where: (a) the Member has breached these Terms; (b) the Member's account activity presents an unacceptable fraud, money laundering, or compliance risk; (c) the Member has been confirmed as ineligible under Clause 3; or (d) wkwk62 ceases to offer services in the Member's jurisdiction.
11.2 Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance — including both Real Funds and Bonus Funds — may be forfeited at wkwk62's discretion following investigation. Where a balance is forfeited, the Member will be notified in writing to their registered email address.
11.3 Voluntary Closure. A Member may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting wkwk62 support via live chat or email. Voluntarily closed accounts with a positive Real Funds balance will have that balance returned to the Member's verified withdrawal method within 5 business days, subject to KYC completion. Bonus Funds are not returned on voluntary closure.
11.4 Members who have self-excluded under the Responsible Gaming programme may not request account reopening during the self-exclusion period. See Responsible Gaming for full details.
12.1 wkwk62 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wkwk62 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
12.2 wkwk62 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any interruption, delay, or failure of the Platform or its third-party service providers; (c) any loss of data, profits, or wagered funds resulting from events outside wkwk62's reasonable control (force majeure); or (d) any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
12.3 In all circumstances, wkwk62's maximum aggregate liability to any Member shall not exceed the total amount of Real Funds deposited by that Member in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit wkwk62's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by wkwk62's negligence.
13.1 wkwk62 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
13.2 wkwk62 implements industry-standard security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption, access controls, and regular security audits — to protect Member data from unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss.
13.3 wkwk62 does not sell Member personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC service providers, and regulatory or law enforcement authorities as required by applicable law or our licensing conditions.
14.1 wkwk62 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides a suite of tools to help Members manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. 15.3 If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure under Clause 11.3.
16.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wkwk62 holds its international gaming licence. Specific jurisdictional details are available upon request to our support team.
16.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and wkwk62 arising from or related to these Terms, your use of the Platform, or any bet or game outcome, you must first contact wkwk62 support and allow 14 calendar days for the matter to be resolved informally before pursuing any formal dispute mechanism.
16.3 Formal Dispute. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 14 days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration conducted under the rules of the arbitration body designated by wkwk62's licensing authority. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
16.4 Nothing in this clause shall prevent wkwk62 from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate business interests.
